Appointment for PCR test went great. Friendly staff, English-speaking, short wait, clear explanations, and the results available online the same day. It was not cheap (I believe we got the PCR Express), but took away all the stress we had about having to provide a PCR test within a certain time slot.

Terrible attention from the blonde lady who wasted my time by simply telling me to wait since she didn't have time. The thing is that I didn't need the time since it was only to deliver the sample. I don't mind the wait, if not he could have at least asked me what it is for at least to know how to organize his work. Then it takes 30 seconds to serve me...

Everything was perfect, I called to request a quote for an analysis, they picked up the phone right away and gave me the email. Between one thing and another I called 3 times, all 3 times they picked me up right away and I received the email first thing in the morning, I answered them and within half an hour they had already answered me confirming the day and time for the analysis. Today is when I had the analysis done, both those in information and the nurse were very kind, friendly and efficient. It's very difficult to find my veins and on the first try. I can't speak for others but in my case all a 10. And the cleanliness and order too.
